For over a year, there has been widespread speculation in Ottawa over who is behind a particular blog. In this respect, I’ve been retained by a prominent individual residing in the Ottawa area to deal with defamatory content on the blog and to discover the identity of the anonymous blogger (or bloggers) for court action and, ultimately, damages and costs.
